Who Is NCMA?

NCMA was formed in 1959 to foster the professional growth and educational advancement of procurement and acquisition personnel worldwide. The NCMA is the world’s leading professional resource for those in the field of contract management. NCMA offers its members community; credentials; learning; information; networking; and advocacy. 


NCMA is a membership-based, professional society, whose leadership is composed of volunteer elected officers. The organization has over 22,000 members and strives to serve and inform the profession it represents and to offer opportunities for the open exchange of ideas in neutral forums.

NCMA certifications are the gold standard of professional excellence in Contract Management.
